Identity & vehicle details: vehicle type, vehicle registration number, and profile photo, used to verify and identify riders.
Bank / payout details: bank account information provided by you, used solely to process your delivery earnings.
Location data: your device's precise location while you are online and available for deliveries, used to assign nearby orders, share your live location with customers for order tracking, and calculate delivery routes and distances.
Order & delivery data: details of orders you accept, pick up, and deliver, including timestamps and delivery status.
Device & usage information: basic technical data such as device type and app activity, used for troubleshooting and security.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your rider account, including admin verification.
To assign, display, and track delivery orders in real time.
To calculate and pay out your delivery earnings to your linked bank account.
To communicate order updates, account notices, and support responses.
To maintain the security, safety, and integrity of the platform.
4. Location Permission
The App requests access to your device's location so that restaurants and customers can be matched with nearby available riders and so deliveries can be tracked. Location is collected only while you are logged in and marked "Online" / available for deliveries. You can turn location access off at any time through your device settings or by going offline in the App, though this will prevent you from receiving or delivering orders.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
With customers and restaurant partners, limited to what is needed to complete a delivery (e.g. your name, vehicle details, and live location during an active order).
With payment processors or banking partners, to transfer your delivery earnings.
With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. hosting, SMS/notifications), under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Spicy Spark, our users, or the public.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including password hashing and access controls — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and delivery information for as long as your rider account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You can access and update your profile information at any time from within the App.

You can withdraw location permission at any time via device settings, noting that this will limit core App functionality.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by riders who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
